2013 Mother's Day Update

Most florists will begin increasing their prices as of May 1st, and will remain increased throughout the entire month of May. All flowers and plants are increased by approximately 25% and rose prices by 25-30%. Please ensure your customers are aware of these increases and cut-off times.

FloralSource Headquarters' cut-off day will be Friday, the 10th of May, 2013.
• All orders guaranteed for delivery by Mother's Day must be placed no later than May 10th, at 3pm in each time zone.
• Orders received after these set times are automatically subject to an option for delivery of the 11th, 12th and 13th (Sat - Mon).
• Orders received after the above time are also subject to availability and will have an automatic option for a secondary choice of similar product in order to guarantee an easy and quick delivery process. FSI will do our best to send an email informing each change however this step can not be guaranteed based on the busy holiday volume.
• Depending on the volume of orders we receive the above is subject to change. We will keep you well informed the closer we move to the actual holiday if these dates can be shortened or if additional adjustments such as extending the delivery option through Tuesday (14th) will need to be made.


Please be sure any shop-to-shop orders you have delivered for other FloralSource members are reported within the 120-day reporting period! You can do this several ways:

• Fax or mail your ‘Report of Orders Filled’ form to headquarters
• Email your report to: reportorders@floralsourceinc.com
• Call headquarters at (866) 868-8989 to report orders over the phone
